Welcome to GOODMATES. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our websites, e-commerce systems and associated services (“Services”). These terms strictly apply to Australian retail customers only, and NOT wholesale partners. Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Eligibility
- Retail Customers must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Wholesale Partners must be a registered business with a valid Fashion Biz account.
2. Account Registration
To place an order, you may be required to create an account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Wholesale accounts are subject to current approvals and verification.
3. Ordering and Payment
- All prices are in your local currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
- Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit cards for retail and wholesale customers, and applicable On Account facilities for qualified wholesale customers
- Wholesale pricing will be visible only to approved wholesale accounts.
- Payment terms may vary, subject to individual agreements.
- Third-party transaction fees may apply for Credit/Debit card payments and will be shown before purchases are committed.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- GOODMATES delivers Australia-wide via AUS POST.
- Delivery times vary depending on order type and delivery location.
- Standard Shipping ($10) and Express Post ($15) are both available at a flat fee.
- FREE EXPRESS POST is available on orders over $124.99
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or any unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns and Exchanges
- Returns accepted within 30 days of the order date.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method minus shipping fees (unless products are returned because they are defective).
6. Product Availability
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.
- Inventory availability may differ between retail and wholesale.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, designs, images, and text, is the intellectual property of GOODMATES and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
